Product Manager

As a Product Manager at REMA TIP TOP Netherlands, you are the driving force behind strengthening and renewing our wheel service product range within the automotive industry.

You know what’s happening in the market, spot opportunities, and translate them into concrete product strategies that truly add value for our customers. You move effortlessly between strategy, commerce, and operations. From market analysis and supplier contacts to developing smart assortment solutions that align with our brand values, you bring structure, direction, and innovation.

Together with colleagues from marketing, sales, and procurement, you shape our product policy and contribute directly to the success of the organization.

What you’ll do

• Translate strategic goals into a distinctive product assortment
• Analyze market and customer needs
• Develop, optimize, and position product lines
• Compare our assortment with competitors and our own brands
• Maintain contacts with suppliers in and outside Europe
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to phase-out
• Contribute ideas for new concepts and commercial propositions
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on customer-focused solutions

Who you are

• HBO level (higher professional education), preferably in commerce or business administration
• 2–5 years of experience in product management or a commercial role
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking skills
• Analytical, customer-focused, and results-driven
• Decisive, independent, and a true team player
• Excellent communication skills, able to turn ideas into action
• Available at least 32 hours per week
• Fluent in Dutch and English
