Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent and promote REMA Tip Top products and services to current and prospective customers within an assigned territory
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all REMA Tip Top products and services
  • Provide basic product and application training to customers
  • Research and develop target customer lists to drive new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term, repeat customer relationships and key accounts
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of target markets and customer needs
  • Create and execute market strategies and sales goals for assigned products and services
  • Utilize effective territory planning and time management to maximize results
  • Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls, and follow-up activities
  • Represent REMA Tip Top at industry trade shows and events as required
  • Manage all direct sales activities within the designated territory
  • Travel frequently within the territory and across the United States as needed to promote products and services
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of account management, business development, or sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Experience working in the industrial, mineral processing or mining products industry, preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Manager with in-depth knowledge and experience in direct sales within the mining industry. The successful candidate will be a motivated, sales-focused individual, responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within a specific territory (Nevada).
