Product Engineer

What will you do?

• Master our products: Know their applications and what they’re used for inside out.
• Plan product strategies: Develop product lines based on company goals.
• Solve customer needs: Create custom solutions and project plans, then execute them.
• Gather market info: Collect data about products, make analysis and create user guides.
• Stay ahead of trends: Study industry trend to help company decision-making.
• Plan for the future: Research markets, set long-term product goals, and suggest improvements.
• Support teams/customers: Train staff and provide technical help when needed.
• Manage product lifecycles: Advise on how to keep our products competitive.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science, with fluent English proficiency.
• Industry Focus: Preference for candidates with experience in bulk material conveying equipment manufacturing or related sectors.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years in rubber or polymer products manufacturing/application roles.
  • Preference for experience in product management or application engineering (e.g., product selection, technical sales).
• Work Style:
  • Thrives under pressure and delivers creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, hands-on, and methodical.
  • Able to travel frequently to customer sites to provide technical support
• Soft Skills:
