Daniela Kramer
Global Head of Human Resources and Labor Law
Daniela Kramer studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich until 2006 and then completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Munich in 2009. In May 2010, she began her career at REMA TIP TOP GmbH as an employment law consultant, where she built up extensive expertise in employment law issues.
Since January 2017, Daniela Kramer has been Head of Employment Law. Since March 2020, she has also been responsible for Human Resources. Her expertise and dedication were recognized in April 2022 when she was appointed an authorized signatory of REMA TIP TOP AG.
Ms. Kramer describes her professional attitude as follows:
“For me, it is important to maintain a balance between the needs of the company and the rights of the employees. My role is to create a legal framework that supports the growth and development of the company while promoting respectful and fair treatment at all levels. I see this task not only as a professional challenge, but also as a personal responsibility.”
