Your area of responsibility

• Back office support for the sales force
• Order entry, calculation and quotation preparation
• Creation and checking of delivery bills as well as workshop and assembly orders/evidence including invoicing of assembly services
• Order-related purchase orders and the corresponding deadline tracking
• Invoicing and issuing credit notes
• Calculation and management of completed orders

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• Experience in dealing with a merchandise management system is desirable
• Experience with the invoicing of installation services is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good EDP-skills (MS Office products)
• Very good team and communication skills as well as a high degree of service orientation
• Quick comprehension and a high degree of independence as well as an authoritative and self-confident manner
