Assistant (m/f/d) Legal Department

Your area of responsibility

• General secretarial duties in an international corporation in the legal department with over 10 employees
• Processing and administrative support in the areas of law, compliance, insurance, tax and/or sustainability, depending on prior experience
• Support with database maintenance and projects
• Communication with external stakeholders (courts, authorities) as well as group-internal stakeholders (managing directors, specialist departments)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a legal assistant (m/f/d), patent attorney assistant (m/f/d), or comparable commercial training
• Several years of experience in a relevant professional environment, preferably in the legal department of a company or in a law firm or tax consultancy
• Very proficient in handling common MS Office applications
• Fluent, subject-specific German and English skills in spoken and written form (additional foreign language skills advantageous)
