I have been working at REMA TIP TOP since 2001 as Production Manager and am responsible for the entire production planning in the area of roller heads (rubber production). My job involves not only coordinating and controlling the production processes, but also leading my team and working closely with various departments.
I find the versatility of my job particularly exciting. Every day brings new challenges, whether through individual customer requirements or the constant optimization of our processes. It is important to me to support my team in the best possible way and to develop solutions together that improve our production standards.
I appreciate the good cooperation with my colleagues and the opportunity to learn something new every day. I also find it fascinating to see where our rubber is used. After all, our common goal is to produce efficient, high-quality products that are used all over the world.
