What your profile looks like
- Technical or commercial training, preferably with appropriate further training or a degree in a relevant subject
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (purchasing, logistics, export)
- Professional handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- A high degree of empathy, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Team spirit - to ensure a cooperative partnership within the team
- Driver's license
- Business fluent in German and English
These are your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management of our materials management with the areas of purchasing, work preparation, warehouse and logistics
- Control and organization of materials management processes in the company at the locations of Duisburg, Kamen, Neuwied and Offenbach
- Leading inventory management and controlling the flow of goods
- Cost reduction and inventory optimization
- Ensuring continuous documentation and further development of processes and systems
- Ensuring compliance with the supply chain duty of care
