• Employee support, including personnel selection, contract drafting and labor law issues in cooperation with the Group's internal labor law department
• Support in the preparation of payroll accounting, administrative processing and creation of personnel-related documents
• Advising management and executives in the area of human resources
• Support and implementation of HR projects and strategic HR topics
• Communication and trusting cooperation with employee committees

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or completed studies with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
• Several years of practice-oriented professional experience in operational personnel management
• Sound knowledge of labor law (individual and works constitution law)
• Experience in payroll accounting, time management and the implementation of personnel development measures desirable
