What your profile looks like
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Confident IT skills in dealing with MS Office and ERP systems
- Business fluent in English and other languages required, ideally French or Spanish
- Industry experience in the transport of dangerous goods is an advantage
- Good communication skills and very good organisational skills
These are your tasks
- Ensuring and independent, proper processing of delivery transactions from order entry, deadline monitoring, invoicing to transport processing and credit limit monitoring
- Electronic customs declaration with ATLAS for export deliveries
- Recording and/or checking incoming customer orders
- Preparation of all relevant export documents (e.g. customs, transport and delivery documents, certificate of origin, etc.)
