As a Procurement Employee at REMA TIP TOP Netherlands, you ensure the purchasing process runs smoothly — from placing orders to coordinating with suppliers both in the Netherlands and abroad. You work closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, and administration, and play a key role in daily operations.
What you’ll do
- Place orders and manage the full procurement process
- Check and process order confirmations
- Maintain contact with suppliers in Dutch and English
- Create and manage items in the system
- Request and compare prices
- Approve and process invoices
- Answer questions from the sales team
- Prepare and maintain backorder overviews
- Use Excel for analyses and reports
Who you are
You’re curious, organized, and enjoy variety. You take responsibility for your work and pay attention to detail while maintaining good collaboration.
In addition, you have:
- MBO+/HBO level of thinking and working
- Accuracy, independence, and a true team spirit
- Proactive mindset and ability to switch tasks quickly
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Basic knowledge of Excel (or willingness to learn)
