Your area of responsibility
- Back office support for the sales force
- Order entry, calculation and quotation preparation
- Creating order confirmations, delivery bills as well as workshop and assembly orders
- Unterstützung bei Produktionssteuerung und Montagedisposition
- Carrying out order-related purchase orders and material disposition
- Organisatorische Unterstützung im Werkstatt- und Montagebereich
- Calculating and managing completed orders
- Invoicing and issuing credit notes
- Creation and processing of supplier declarations
Your profile
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Weiterbildung oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation die beide Aspekte abdeckt
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Ideally experience in the invoicing of assembly services
- Experienced with the common MS Office programs
- A high degree of service orientation, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
