What your profile looks like
- Completed commercial or technical training with in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of conveyor technology, rubber and rubber technology
- Very good German and English skills are required; other languages are an advantage.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and organizing national and international training courses and trade fairs
These are your tasks
- Planning, organization, and implementation of product and application training—virtual, on-site, and at various locations
- Moderation and continuous improvement (CIP) of training programs and trainers
- Creation and maintenance of technical training materials
- Development and operation of online training courses to supplement classroom training
- Responsibility for the training rooms at the RTT Academy
- Recruitment, training, and deployment of trainers from our subsidiaries
- Support in organizing and running trade fairs
