Our controlling and finance specialists plan, manage and control the economic processes of the company group. In doing so, it is extremely important to us to systematically optimize our business processes. This makes our work even smoother and more efficient, not only for us but also for our customers and partners.
Human Resources
Whether recruiting, training, personnel management or labor law – the colleagues in our HR team are the right point of contact for all personnel-related topics. Together, we seek to attract, develop and retain motivated employees. We are convinced that success is not possible without a committed, well-coordinated and diverse team.


IT
A modern and smoothly running IT infrastructure is indispensable for any company today. It is therefore essential to always keep an eye on the big picture and to react quickly, if necessary. Our IT experts work hand in hand to find tailored and effective solutions. Ideally, they fix problems before they even arise.
Purchasing
In line with the maxim “together we can achieve more”, we also rely on a professional team in our purchasing department that works closely and trustingly together. Through global networking, we strengthen our negotiating power and can flexibly choose our suppliers.

How does the application process work?
In the first step, you send your application to us via bewerbung@dbs-gruppe.de or the position-related application form. Our internal dbs recruiting team will review the documents and forward them to the specific department. If you are considered for the position, we will contact you to arrange an interview. We conduct the interview via Teams or in person.
What documents are required?
We need a current CV from you, stating a possible start date and your salary expectations. If you wish, you can also send us a cover letter and references.
Is it possible to submit multiple applications?
Yes, you can apply for different positions as well as for different locations or companies.
What is the relationship of dbs to Rema TIP TOP?
dbs Delta Business Service GmbH is an internal shared service company. It works exclusively with the individual subsidiaries of our group and is therefore not an external consultancy. The dbs recruiting team takes care of the entire application process and works closely with the relevant people in each of the individual companies.
When can I expect feedback on my application?
We will provide you with meaningful feedback as soon as possible after your application. However, if it takes longer, we will let you know. You can also inquire about the status of your application at any time at bewerbung@dbs-gruppe.de or through your personal point of contact.
