Our product management and sales experts develop new products and take care of their marketing. They keep an eye on the international market situation and further expand existing networks. Our REMAsters also receive detailed knowledge about the individual products in customized training programs.

Product management
Our product management sees itself as an interface between development, production, marketing and sales. As part of a globally active team, it is involved in the design, market launch and support of our products – where it effectively orchestrates the process.
Thanks to its analytical thinking, understanding of trends, and feel for the needs and desires of our customers, our colleagues in product management are constantly providing new development impulses – and thus contribute significantly to the company's success.
Sales
Our sales team is responsible for selling all of the group's products and services and draws on an extensive network to do so. In collaboration with international partner companies, our colleagues in the sales team plan and review concepts and activities.
Developing and expanding long-term collaborations are just as important to us as acquiring new customers.

How does the application process work?
In the first step, you send your application to us via bewerbung@dbs-gruppe.de or the position-related application form. Our internal dbs recruiting team will review the documents and forward them to the specific department. If you are considered for the position, we will contact you to arrange an interview. We conduct the interview via Teams or in person.
What documents are required?
We need a current CV from you, stating a possible start date and your salary expectations. If you wish, you can also send us a cover letter and references.
Is it possible to submit multiple applications?
Yes, you can apply for different positions as well as for different locations or companies.
What is the relationship of dbs to Rema TIP TOP?
dbs Delta Business Service GmbH is an internal shared service company. It works exclusively with the individual subsidiaries of our group and is therefore not an external consultancy. The dbs recruiting team takes care of the entire application process and works closely with the relevant people in each of the individual companies.
When can I expect feedback on my application?
We will provide you with meaningful feedback as soon as possible after your application. However, if it takes longer, we will let you know. You can also inquire about the status of your application at any time at bewerbung@dbs-gruppe.de or through your personal point of contact.
