Production and logistics are a central component of REMA TIP TOP. They ensure that our products are of a consistent high quality and that they are delivered to our customers on time. This is only possible through a high degree of teamwork, innovative production techniques and the strategic placement of international locations.

Our production employees work every day to create high-quality products that perform reliably even under difficult conditions. Our range extends from conveyor belts to special coatings and patches for tire repairs. We are active in a wide variety of industries and supply products in a wide range of shapes and sizes. We have committed ourselves to repair existing infrastructures instead of hastily replacing them.
Logistics Solutions
The specialists in our logistics department ensure that materials and products arrive punctually at the location where they are needed. They plan, control and optimize with the aim of simplifying structures, saving costs and developing fast delivery routes. In this way, we want to continuously improve the ordering process for our customers.

How does the application process work?
In the first step, you send your application to us via bewerbung@dbs-gruppe.de or the position-related application form. Our internal dbs recruiting team will review the documents and forward them to the specific department. If you are considered for the position, we will contact you to arrange an interview. We conduct the interview via Teams or in person.
What documents are required?
We need a current CV from you, stating a possible start date and your salary expectations. If you wish, you can also send us a cover letter and references.
Is it possible to submit multiple applications?
Yes, you can apply for different positions as well as for different locations or companies.
What is the relationship of dbs to Rema TIP TOP?
dbs Delta Business Service GmbH is an internal shared service company. It works exclusively with the individual subsidiaries of our group and is therefore not an external consultancy. The dbs recruiting team takes care of the entire application process and works closely with the relevant people in each of the individual companies.
When can I expect feedback on my application?
We will provide you with meaningful feedback as soon as possible after your application. However, if it takes longer, we will let you know. You can also inquire about the status of your application at any time at bewerbung@dbs-gruppe.de or through your personal point of contact.
