As a metalworker, vulcanizer or process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology, you can apply your knowledge just as well as a mechatronics engineer or technician. We also warmly welcome newcomers to the industry and support them with intensive induction and individual further training.
Material Processing
REMA TIP TOP offers products and services for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of production and bulk material facilities. With their help, our employees can extend the service life of these facilities and reduce the downtime of important process chains.
Conveyor Belting
Our conveyor belt portfolio offers customers a wide range of high-quality and innovative conveyor belts from which to choose the right solution for their facility. Our employees deliver and install these worldwide – even at short notice, if necessary.
Surface Protection
REMA TIP TOP coating systems protect industrial plants from damage caused by chemicals, corrosion, and wear. Our employees help to prevent damage by professionally applying our coatings. This enables us to maintain the value of the plants while also contributing to environmental protection.
Automotive
In addition to innovative tire repair systems, our range includes a comprehensive selection of products for auto and tire workshops. Our vulcanizers and automotive mechatronics engineers keep tires rolling or give them a second lease on life with a retread.

How does the application process work?
In the first step, you send your application to us via bewerbung@dbs-gruppe.de or the position-related application form. Our internal dbs recruiting team will review the documents and forward them to the specific department. If you are considered for the position, we will contact you to arrange an interview. We conduct the interview via Teams or in person.
What documents are required?
We need a current CV from you, stating a possible start date and your salary expectations. If you wish, you can also send us a cover letter and references.
Is it possible to submit multiple applications?
Yes, you can apply for different positions as well as for different locations or companies.
What is the relationship of dbs to Rema TIP TOP?
dbs Delta Business Service GmbH is an internal shared service company. It works exclusively with the individual subsidiaries of our group and is therefore not an external consultancy. The dbs recruiting team takes care of the entire application process and works closely with the relevant people in each of the individual companies.
When can I expect feedback on my application?
We will provide you with meaningful feedback as soon as possible after your application. However, if it takes longer, we will let you know. You can also inquire about the status of your application at any time at bewerbung@dbs-gruppe.de or through your personal point of contact.
