Throughout this time, he has focused on strengthening companies financially, simplifying processes, and building more resilient organizations. Whether he is leading a turnaround, managing a post-merger integration, or optimizing a complex structure, he consistently focuses on creating transparency around challenges and developing pragmatic, long-term solutions. As a CFO with a strong operational background, he has initiated numerous cost reduction programs, supported ERP rollouts, and collaborated closely with boards and international leadership teams.
At REMA TIP TOP, he took on two defining responsibilities: establishing the internal audit function and restructuring the Australian business. The turnaround in Australia was an exceptional team achievement, driven by resilient teamwork and systems that deliver real, lasting value.
