Dr. Dominik Kramer
Global Head of Corporate Development
Dr. Dominik Kramer began his professional career with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, which he completed in 1988. He went on to study business administration and received his PhD in consumer and advertising research in 1997. While working on his doctorate, he gained his first professional experience in management consulting, specializing in organization and sales from 1996 to 1999.
In 1999, Dr. Kramer joined the Investor Relations department of a listed investment company, which he headed until 2003. He then took over the management of a medium-sized PC manufacturer until 2008, before founding and managing a company in the renewable energy sector until 2013.
Following that, he deepened his expertise in corporate transformation processes as a management consultant in restructuring and the preparation of reorganization reports. In 2017, Dr. Kramer moved to the REMA TIP TOP Group, where he assumed responsibility as a project manager in the Corporate Development department. Since 2020, he has also been responsible for purchasing, logistics, order processing and IT at REMA TIP TOP AG. In 2024 he took over the management of OWG Holding GmbH.
