Eric Lee
Managing Director / CEO, REMA TIP TOP China & Southeast Asia
Eric Lee joined REMA TIP TOP in 1999 as Regional Sales Manager Asia-Pacific, responsible for sales activities across 13 countries. His focus at the time was on unlocking market potential, building strong customer relationships and strengthening the company’s regional presence.
In 2005, he became Managing Director for China with the mission to build the local business from the ground up. Four years later, the production site in Tianjin was established, which has since grown into the Group’s primary manufacturing hub and regional headquarters for China and Southeast Asia. Today, he oversees all REMA TIP TOP legal entities in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, leading a team of more than 600 employees.
Throughout his time at REMA TIP TOP, he and his team have successfully built leading market positions in the premium segments of Conveying, Surface Protection and Motion in China and Southeast Asia. His focus has always been on convincing customers through quality and enabling sustainable growth through strong, capable teams.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in continuous improvement and genuine collaboration. He believes that innovation thrives where people feel trusted, take responsibility and actively contribute to shared success. This spirit of teamwork drives him to develop solutions that deliver long-term value in demanding industries.
