Michael Übelacker
Michael Übelacker studied law at the Universities of Passau and Regensburg, specializing in commercial law and business administration, and passed his second state law examination at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg. This laid the foundation for his successful professional career.
In 2008, Mr. Übelacker began his career at STAHLGRUBER Otto Gruber AG, where he soon took on a key role in company management. In 2011, he was appointed head of the legal departments of REMA TIP TOP AG and STAHLGRUBER Otto Gruber AG and was granted power of attorney for both companies in the same year. In this role, he combined legal expertise with a keen sense of strategic corporate management. These skills led to his appointment as Managing Director of various companies in the STAHLGRUBER Group in 2016. His appointment as CEO of REMA TIP TOP AG in January 2020 and as CEO of STAHLGRUBER Otto Gruber AG in October 2021 represent milestones in his career.
Under the management of Mr. Übelacker, REMA TIP TOP was not only able to consolidate its market presence, but also significantly expand it.
