For more than 25 years, Vincent Javerzac has worked in international leadership roles across industrial manufacturing, specialty chemicals, advanced materials and consumer goods. This diversity has shaped his experience: he has learned how to scale organizations across continents, drive innovation and develop teams that achieve sustainable success.
Originally from France, he has lived and worked in five countries. This international perspective continues to influence how he approaches leadership, strategy and long-term growth. What motivates him most is fostering a leadership culture that empowers people. His style is collaborative, value driven and focused on building diverse, high performing teams. He firmly believes that innovation thrives where trust exists, responsibility is shared and every voice matters.
As President & CEO of the America Region, he is committed to positioning REMA TIP TOP as the partner customers choose deliberately – because the company operates reliably, competently and with a solution driven mindset.
