Maria Haß
"Developing products that help our customers – that’s what drives me."
I began my journey at REMA TIP TOP in 2015 as a trainee technical system planner. After several years designing conveyor systems, I started supporting the previous product manager with planning, development, and other responsibilities. In 2023, I transitioned into my current role as Product and Portfolio Manager for REMACLEAN, UNICLEAN, and REMATRACK. Additionally, I co-lead the REMACLEAN department alongside Ralf Merting and Patrick Schmalfuß.
I take great pride in contributing to the development and improvement of products that better serve our global customers. I’m also grateful that REMA TIP TOP has supported me every step of the way, enabling me to carve out my own path, including pursuing a part-time degree alongside my work.
What I enjoy most about my role are the diverse tasks, the international collaboration with colleagues, partners, and customers, and the close teamwork within our department. One of my key responsibilities is coordinating information we receive from around the world and translating it into actionable tasks for the team. I also appreciate the balance between theoretical and practical activities, which keeps the work dynamic and engaging.
