I have been with REMA TIP TOP since 2021 and as a solution coater I make sure that our products have the perfect surface. My job is to precisely apply and distribute coatings to ensure optimal material adhesion and durability. My work is very varied as each component requires an individual approach.

My strengths are my manual skills, my reliability and my ability to work accurately under pressure. The combination of manual work and technical precision makes my job particularly appealing. I like taking things into my own hands and solving problems.

It is gratifying to see at the end of a project that my work has helped to perfect a product so that it meets the highest quality standards and can be used for a long time. Every job brings new challenges, and that's what makes my job so exciting.
