Our name, REMA – short for REpair MAterial – reflects our mission: the responsible use of resources. We extend the life of industrial components, tires, conveyor belts, and entire systems. This approach minimizes material consumption and protects the environment.
We are committed to sustainability by promoting the durability of industrial equipment and tire repair. We do this by providing world-class technical solutions for maintenance and proactive care.
Tire Repair Systems
In the 1930s, we developed the world's first tire repair kit to extend tire life. Our professional repair solutions prevent premature disposal and keep tires in service longer. This reduces waste and conserves resources. Our tire repair systems are available for 2-wheel, 4-wheel and OTR (off-the-road) tires.
Expertly performed repairs not only keep tires in service, but also allow them to be retreaded, giving them a second or even third life. This practice saves millions of gallons of petroleum each year that would otherwise be needed to produce new tires.

REMA TIP TOP AG operates as a matrix organization certified to DIN EN ISO 9001, including additional key locations that are essential for close collaboration. The other locations in our group adhere to high-quality standards set centrally. Depending on internal or customer-specific requirements, they are either certified to ISO 9001, implement integrated management systems under ISO 50001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001, or meet the requirements of the Safety Certificate Contractors (SCC).
