Michael Labbé earned an MBA in Marketing and Marketing Management from the University of Miami, laying the foundation for his versatile career. In 1985, he began his professional life at Stahlgruber Otto Gruber AG, first as a technical consultant and project manager in the automotive and industrial sectors, then in the industrial business of TIP TOP North America, where he held various key positions until 2000.
2000 übernahm er als Director Sales & Marketing die Leitung der Geschäftsbereiche Service, Material Processing und Surface Protection bei der Stahlgruber Otto Gruber GmbH & Co. KG und später auch bei der REMA TIP TOP GmbH. Von 2010 bis 2014 verantwortete er die Region Lateinamerika und wurde 2011 zum Geschäftsführer der REMA TIP TOP GmbH ernannt, heutige REMA TIP TOP AG. Von 2014 bis 2021 war er Mitglied des Vorstands.
From 2018 to 2024, Mr. Labbé headed REMA TIP TOP Middle East as CEO and was appointed Global Executive Director (Business Development) of REMA TIP TOP AG in January 2022.
