Brick & Tile Linings

Brick and tile liners are commonly used for floors, catch basins and channels. Wherever high temperatures, extreme chemical exposure, or mechanical or abrasive stress are present, our brick and tile liners are the perfect solution. To ensure long-term protection in environments with high levels of chemical, thermal and mechanical stress, we use combination coatings consisting of a sealing layer and acid-resistant tiles. These tiles can be made of acid-resistant ceramic or porcelain stoneware and can be rectangular or hexagonal in shape. Vibration-formed installations, consisting of hexagonal porcelain stoneware tiles with narrow joints, are used in environments with particularly high surface requirements, such as the pharmaceutical industry. Our tiles can be supplied in an electrically conductive form by using a conductive mortar.
