Rubber Linings – Vulcanized

Our vulcanized rubber linings are single- and double-layer rubber sheets wound on rolls and vulcanized in autoclaves. These rubber sheets can be transported and stored without refrigeration. They can be put into service right after application without on-site vulcanization because the rubber sheets have already been vulcanized during the manufacturing process. This makes them suitable for large components, especially storage tanks or thickeners, where on-site vulcanization is not possible due to their size. Our rubber liners provide superior protection for storage tanks, piping, reaction vessels, flue gas scrubbers and even concrete components such as septic tanks, deionization and neutralization basins. In addition, they are an excellent choice not only for protection against chemical exposure to acids, alkalis and salt solutions, which become more potent with increasing temperatures and temperature changes, but also against mechanical stress.
