As Product Manager for MCube, I have been part of REMA TIP TOP in the Engineered Technologies department since early 2021. My responsibilities range from product management and project planning to training, quotations, master data maintenance, and direct user support.
What makes my job so special is the combination of digital products, an international team, and daily interaction with colleagues. This diversity ensures that my work never becomes monotonous.
My core competencies lie in structuring complex projects, designing efficient processes, and making quick decisions. This helps to avoid wasting time, clear up misunderstandings and establish clear procedures.
A key objective of my work is to offer our customers professionalism and reliability. I am particularly proud that MCube products now make a significant contribution to the digitalization of our service organizations and ensure greater customer satisfaction.
