“For me, quality means mastering the unexpected every single day.”
I have worked in the Quality Management at REMA TIP TOP in Poing since 1999. My responsibilities are highly diverse. From release testing in the QS laboratory, handling complaints, reports and evaluations to process and incoming goods inspections, special testing, and in-process quality checks. I also prepare and conduct audits and act as the test equipment officer.
Over the years, I have gained broad knowledge that enables me to respond flexibly to challenges and keep processes running smoothly.
What makes my job so unique is that no two days are alike. Just when you think you have seen it all, something unexpected comes along - and that keeps the work exciting.
My contribution is to solve many small problems before they escalate. This ensures that workflows run without interruptions, resources are preserved, and materials remain usable for as long as possible.
I am particularly proud of my long experience as an auditor, which has allowed me to work with a wide variety of people. In doing so, I have not only built valuable relationships but also grown personally by tackling new challenges. A highlight for me is that we consistently maintain the highest product quality and successfully complete all monitoring audits.
