I have been Head of Order Processing and Logistics at REMA TIP TOP since 2023. My responsibilities include order processing, managing the 3PL warehouse in Hanover, and projects relating to logistics issues, process optimization and cost savings.
I find working with people from different departments and cultures particularly enriching. The variety of projects and constantly changing requirements not only offer diversity, but also great potential for development.
My strengths lie in the analysis and optimization of processes, the efficient handling of customer orders and the implementation of sustainable savings. This makes processes more transparent and flexible and reduces inefficiencies.
Through my work, I contribute to conserving resources, promoting sustainable logistics and ensuring the competitiveness of REMA TIP TOP. At the same time, we increase customer satisfaction because our processes run more smoothly and quickly.
One particular success was the demonstrable increase in the performance of our 3PL warehouse. This was made possible by targeted process optimizations that not only reduced costs but also made processes more efficient. At the same time, communication was improved, leading to greater mutual understanding. This not only increased performance but also strengthened team cohesion.
