{"id":20011,"date":"2025-10-15T16:05:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T14:05:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rema-tiptop.de\/?post_type=career&#038;p=20011"},"modified":"2025-10-15T16:05:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T14:05:07","slug":"account-manager-industrial-division-3-positions","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/rema-tiptop.de\/en\/career\/account-manager-industrial-division-3-positions\/","title":{"rendered":"Account Manager \u2013 Industrial Division (3 positions)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Professionally represent and promote REMA Tip Top products and services to current and prospective customers within an assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong working knowledge of all REMA Tip Top products and services<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic product and application training to customers<\/li>\n<li>Research and develop target customer lists to drive new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain long-term, repeat customer relationships and key accounts<\/li>\n<li>Develop in-depth knowledge of target markets and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Create and execute market strategies and sales goals for assigned products and services<\/li>\n<li>Utilize effective territory planning and time management to maximize results<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls, and follow-up activities<\/li>\n<li>Represent REMA Tip Top at industry trade shows and events as required<\/li>\n<li>Manage all direct sales activities within the designated territory<\/li>\n<li>Travel frequently within the territory and across the United States as needed to promote products and services<\/li>\n<li>Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Business acumen with ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in pipeline management and use of CRM systems<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive environment<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Driver\u2019s License<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<li>2\u20135 years of account management, business development, or sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in the industrial, mineral processing or mining products industry, preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Summary<\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for an Account Manager with in-depth knowledge and experience in direct sales within the mining industry.
