As Group Business Controller, you play a key role in the financial and operational steering of our Benelux organization. You work closely with the Managing Director, Finance Director, and Finance team, and have a direct impact on the strategic direction of the business. You provide insight, develop KPI structures, and support decision-making through data.<\/p>\n
You act as the connecting link between the different entities, convincing non-financial stakeholders of the importance of financial discipline and transparency. You also prepare business cases and internal reports aligned with group standards and deadlines for our headquarters in Germany.<\/p>\n
