{"id":20173,"date":"2025-11-03T10:01:47","date_gmt":"2025-11-03T09:01:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rema-tiptop.de\/?post_type=career&#038;p=20173"},"modified":"2025-11-03T10:01:47","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T09:01:47","slug":"quality-iso-coordinator-fixed-term-6-months","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/rema-tiptop.de\/en\/career\/quality-iso-coordinator-fixed-term-6-months\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality &#038; ISO Coordinator &#8211; Fixed Term 6 months"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>What we offer you:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>5:2 Roster<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Excellent and Competitive Remuneration.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Access to our exclusive &#8222;Rema Exclusive Benefits Program,&#8220; offering discounts on a wide range of products and services.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>MATESAFE Principles: Upholding a strong safety culture across all worksites.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<h4>Quality<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination of the company\u2019s quality management system and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Conducting quality investigations<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of, and execution of the HSEQ audit schedule, ensuring compliance to the HSEQ systems and policies, as well as ISO9001 and ISO45001 frameworks and policies<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining audit documentation and records as per legislative and internal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Provision of audit reports to management including the Management Review<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the development of company safety policies and procedures &amp; ensuring systems support compliance with workplace inspections and current regulations<\/li>\n<li>Review audit\/non audit action requests and determine trends which is formally communicated to the management team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Work Health &amp; Safety:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The provision of robust WHSE support to the organisation locally in managing health, safety and environmental (WHSE) risk as determined by operational requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support provided as required under direction of WHSEQ Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About You:<\/h3>\n<h4>Essential<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>An active can-do attitude and actively supporting our stakeholders (internal and external)<\/li>\n<li>Audit qualifications \u2013 Quality &amp; Safety Management Systems with 2+ years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing accreditation processes from beginning to end<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary Qualifications in HSE (Cert IV or above) with 2+ years\u2019 experience in HSE ideally within the mining\/heavy industrial service industry<\/li>\n<li>ICAM trained<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable communication and relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Mid-level computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>The ability to independently prioritise tasks in an environment of competing demands<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable communication and relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning and organisational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Desirable<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>High Risk Work qualifications (Working safely at heights, confined space, gas test atmospheres)<\/li>\n<li>Chain of Responsibility (NHVS) exposure<\/li>\n<li>Dangerous Goods &amp; Hazardous Substances training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Summary<\/h3>\n<p>This is a fixed term position for 6 months, with the potential of an extension.<br \/>\nThe purpose of this position is to support Rema Tip Top &#8211; Industrie (RTTI) Operations through the development, implementation and maintenance of RTTI HSEQ systems\/processes.
