Poing near Munich, May 11, 2026 \u2013 The REMA TIP TOP Group is committed to\ndeveloping and training leaders from within. Through the international Talent\nManagement Program (TMP), the company develops and prepares employees for\nleadership roles within the global corporate group. This two-year program is open to\nhigh-potential, highly motivated employees worldwide who want to take on long-term\nresponsibility within the company. The new round of the program will begin this\nsummer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cOur Talent Management Program is a key component of our international human resources\ndevelopment. We specifically support employees with leadership potential and give them the\nopportunity to further develop their skills strategically and on an international level,\u201d explains\nREMA TIP TOP CEO Michael Lorig.<\/p>\n

In cooperation with Boston Business School, the program combines academic content with\npractical application. Over the course of two years, participants complete five modules at\nvarious international locations of the REMA TIP TOP Group. These modules cover essential\nmanagement topics, such as strategy, finance, leadership, sales, production, and processes.\nParticipants then apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios. Throughout the program, they\nare supported by Boston Business School instructors, as well as experienced REMA TIP TOP\nGroup executives and project mentors.<\/p>\n

A key feature of the program is the international exchange component. The modules, which\nprovide insights into the production facilities, centers of excellence, and markets of this globally\nactive corporate group, take place in various regions around the world, including Germany,\nNorth America, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, South Africa, and China. The program\nconcludes with a final thesis on a strategic topic, a presentation of project work, and an official\nclosing ceremony in Germany. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will\nreceive a Mini-MBA certificate from Boston Business School.<\/p>\n

The current class will finish the Talent Management Program in the summer of 2026. REMA\nTIP TOP has already begun the next round of the program with a two-day assessment center\nin Munich. During this event, a jury of global executive board members and directors will select\nwhich high-potential employees will be accepted into the program. The program is set to\nofficially begin in July 2026.<\/p>\n
