REMA TIP\nTOP introduces the latest version of its mobile condition monitoring solution for\nconveyor rollers, MCube RFP Mobile 2.0. This enhanced system features a compact\ndesign, improved usability, intelligent diagnostic technology, and automated reporting,\nmaking maintenance processes more efficient and increasing system availability.<\/strong><\/p>\n Modern conveyor systems face constant cost challenges because even brief periods of downtime can result in significant expenses. In fact, rollers account for about 40 percent of a conveyor belt's energy consumption. Early bearing wear increases rolling resistance, and a blocked roller can double energy consumption. Nevertheless, maintenance in many facilities remains reactive, with inspections often performed only after damage or failure has occurred.\nMCube RFP Mobile 2.0 provides a decisive advantage in this regard. The system allows\nmaintenance teams to identify potential issues early and make informed decisions based on\nprecise condition data.<\/p>\n With dimensions of just 105 \u00d7 40 \u00d7 25 mm, the device easily fits into a pocket. This makes it\nideal for flexible use across a wide range of conveyor systems. Its high-brightness color\ntouchscreen with excellent contrast ensures outstanding readability, even in demanding\nenvironments. Large, intuitive buttons allow for easy operation with bare hands, lightweight\nwork gloves, or a stylus. A specially designed power switch prevents accidental activation\nduring daily use. This dust- and splash-resistant device has a long-lasting battery with USB-C\ncharging and a battery level indicator, ensuring uninterrupted operation throughout the\nworkday.<\/p>\n The analysis algorithm of MCube RFP Mobile 2.0 has been validated using hundreds of\nmeasurements from real conveyor systems. More than 250 measurements can be completed\nduring a single inspection cycle. Using the accompanying MCube RFP Mobile Manager\nsoftware, measurement data can be transferred via USB-C and automatically converted into\nstandardized inspection reports.
