When I joined REMA TIP TOP in 2016, my goal was to safeguard quality, environmental protection, and safety while actively driving their further development.Today, I lead the Corporate Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety division and serve as the central representative for the company\u2019s integrated management systems.<\/p>\n
A major focus of my work is the continuous improvement and integration of our certified management systems for quality and energy. This includes conducting internal audits as well as developing strategies to strengthen the company in the long term. Another important part of my role is to closely monitor chemical regulations and design solutions that ensure our product portfolio and company remain fully compliant.<\/p>\n
I am particularly strong in analyzing complex contexts and translating them into practical strategies. My initiative, decisiveness, and communication skills help me connect people across different sites and foster synergies.<\/p>\n
What motivates me most is the freedom to launch new initiatives while always being supported by my team and leadership. Another valuable aspect is the strong sense of community within REMA TIP TOP. Through open collaboration across disciplines and sites, we all work towards the same goals.<\/p>\n
My role is to identify inefficiencies, share knowledge, and build structures that will strengthen the company for the future. In doing so, we secure and contribute to sustainability. Our products enable repair and maintenance, providing an alternative to a throwaway society.<\/p>\n
