REMA TIP TOP Leverages Internal Talent Pipeline to Develop Future Leaders

Poing near Munich, May 11, 2026 – The REMA TIP TOP Group is committed to developing and training leaders from within. Through the international Talent Management Program (TMP), the company develops and prepares employees for leadership roles within the global corporate group. This two-year program is open to high-potential, highly motivated employees worldwide who want to take on long-term responsibility within the company. The new round of the program will begin this summer.

“Our Talent Management Program is a key component of our international human resources development. We specifically support employees with leadership potential and give them the opportunity to further develop their skills strategically and on an international level,” explains REMA TIP TOP CEO Michael Lorig.

In cooperation with Boston Business School, the program combines academic content with practical application. Over the course of two years, participants complete five modules at various international locations of the REMA TIP TOP Group. These modules cover essential management topics, such as strategy, finance, leadership, sales, production, and processes. Participants then apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios. Throughout the program, they are supported by Boston Business School instructors, as well as experienced REMA TIP TOP Group executives and project mentors.

A key feature of the program is the international exchange component. The modules, which provide insights into the production facilities, centers of excellence, and markets of this globally active corporate group, take place in various regions around the world, including Germany, North America, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, South Africa, and China. The program concludes with a final thesis on a strategic topic, a presentation of project work, and an official closing ceremony in Germany. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Mini-MBA certificate from Boston Business School.

The current class will finish the Talent Management Program in the summer of 2026. REMA TIP TOP has already begun the next round of the program with a two-day assessment center in Munich. During this event, a jury of global executive board members and directors will select which high-potential employees will be accepted into the program. The program is set to officially begin in July 2026.

"Through the Talent Management Program, we are constantly impressed by the leaders we are able to attract and develop," explains Zsuzsanna Glück, Head of HR Development & HR Change at REMA TIP TOP. "These employees possess a wealth of expertise and a strong sense of commitment, which is particularly important to us."

With this program, REMA TIP TOP emphasizes their commitment to identifying and developing talent within the company, building an international network of connections, and preparing employees for future leadership roles.
