Your area of responsibility
- Support in the preparation of payroll accounting, administrative processing and creation of personnel-related documents
- Betreuung der Mitarbeiter, inkl. Personalauswahl, Vertragsgestaltung und arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem konzerninternen Bereich Arbeitsrecht
- Advising management and executives in the area of human resources
- Support and implementation of HR projects and strategic HR topics
- Communication and trusting cooperation with employee committees
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training, further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or completed studies with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
- Several years of practice-oriented professional experience in operational personnel management
- Sound knowledge of labor law (individual and works constitution law)
- Experience in payroll accounting, time management and the implementation of personnel development measures desirable
