What your profile looks like
- Completed degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific field, or a comparable qualification—ideally with a focus on EHS, environmental, safety, or production management.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial EHS environment
- Solid knowledge of EHS management systems—particularly ISO 14001 and ISO 45001—as well as relevant regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and an analytical, structured, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as business-fluent German and English skills.
Your area of responsibility
- Develop and harmonize global EHS standards, processes, and templates within our integrated management system, and ensure their continuous further development.
- Shape the integration of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements into our global management system architecture.
- Establish global EHS compliance structures for legal registers, compliance assessments, permits, corrective actions, and escalations.
- Achieve group-wide transparency regarding key EHS risks and support risk-based management.
- Take responsibility for EHS data governance and support the quality and reliability of relevant EHS data.
- Empower and connect our regions and locations through training, guidelines, lessons learned, and the exchange of best practices.
- Support Global Sustainability with your EHS expertise regarding ESG, CSRD, and ESRS requirements, as well as the quality assurance of relevant EHS and environmental data.
