What your profile looks like

  • Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), or a master craftsman in the relevant field
  • Previous experience in managing staff is a plus
  • An independent and autonomous approach to work, as well as quick comprehension skills
  • Motivation, quality awareness, and flexibility
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of German
  • A forklift operator's license and a driver's license

Your area of responsibility

  • Leading a staff group
  • Active involvement in warehouse logistics
  • Optimization of warehouse structure and participation in logistical planning and organizational processes
  • Arrangement of transportation, including return trips
  • Picking, packing, and shipping upcoming orders
  • Proper inspection of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Conducting defect and quality checks, as well as ensuring compliance with quality specifications
  • Assistance with inventory and merchandise management
  • Determining material requirements and assembling the materials
