What your profile looks like
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), or a master craftsman in the relevant field
- Previous experience in managing staff is a plus
- An independent and autonomous approach to work, as well as quick comprehension skills
- Motivation, quality awareness, and flexibility
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good knowledge of German
- A forklift operator's license and a driver's license
Your area of responsibility
- Leading a staff group
- Active involvement in warehouse logistics
- Optimization of warehouse structure and participation in logistical planning and organizational processes
- Arrangement of transportation, including return trips
- Picking, packing, and shipping upcoming orders
- Proper inspection of incoming and outgoing goods
- Conducting defect and quality checks, as well as ensuring compliance with quality specifications
- Assistance with inventory and merchandise management
- Determining material requirements and assembling the materials
