Maximilian Richter

I have been with REMA TIP TOP since 2019, working in the quality assurance department since completing my training in 2022. In this role, I am responsible for testing and accepting products, including a major nuclear power plant project involving the processing of 6,000 pipes over several years.

I am involved in many different processes and have been able to take on responsibility early on. Because I know all the departments, I have a broad overview and can understand a lot of the interrelationships. It's very exciting to see all the interesting components for different applications. I like the fact that I work both in the office and in production, which makes my job varied.

My core competencies are in quality control and safety assessment, so my work contributes significantly to product safety by ensuring the highest safety and quality standards. The close cooperation with international partners is particularly exciting - my language skills in English and Czech and my technical know-how help me here.
