Dr. Jenny Dvorak is an experienced corporate lawyer who has worked for various renowned companies in her 20-year career before joining the REMA TIP TOP Group as Group General Counsel in 2023. Together with her team in the legal department, she pursues the goal of finding economically viable solutions to legal issues, including tax law, and minimizing risks through strategic contract drafting and negotiation, the creation of structures and adequate insurance coverage.
Dr. Jenny Dvorak is also responsible for Compliance. Targeted training and the development of (Group) policies are designed to ensure that employees are familiar with laws, policies and voluntary codes and are able to comply with them consistently.
