“Quality begins with the first inspection—and I make sure of that.”
I have been with REMA TIP TOP since 2018, working in quality assurance for rubber production. My focus is on checking our products and materials to ensure that our customers receive high quality, flawless goods. Only good quality goods can ensure that machines and containers work flawlessly and can therefore be used in an environmentally friendly way, as poor quality can lead to defective rubber and, in the worst case, to environmental damage caused by leaking chemicals. This is why accurate quality control is so important.
What I find particularly exciting is the close cooperation with various departments - from production to final inspection - which makes the work particularly varied and I am constantly learning new things. I appreciate the good cooperation with nice colleagues.
It's also great to know where our rubber is used, such as in the tank cars that travel the rails every day.
