I have been working at REMA TIP TOP as a Senior Online Manager since 2022. My responsibilities include managing the web shop and supporting the introduction of the global Product Information Management System (PIM). The combination of technology, processes and direct customer contact makes my work varied and exciting.
I find it particularly exciting to bridge the gap between programmers and users. This enables me to implement complex requirements in a comprehensible way and create real added value. I develop and optimize processes while keeping an eye on the interaction between different systems.
One focus of my work is to automate simple tasks so that my colleagues have more time for complex activities. This makes our day-to-day work noticeably easier. Digitalization also helps to conserve our resources – a small but important contribution to greater sustainability.
One of my most important achievements is the successful implementation of software solutions. These have not only improved processes but also made day-to-day work easier for my colleagues.
