Since September 2024, I have been working at REMA TIP TOP as Project Manager for CCube. My role is to manage the Field Service and Asset Management platform and establish CCube as a solution for our subsidiaries.
What excites me about my work is the opportunity to make a real difference. I enjoy working with people and appreciate the diversity my job offers—from international projects to insights into various companies, factories, and production facilities.
My strengths lie in change and process management, digitalization, project management, and field service. By digitalizing service processes, I help to make them more efficient and enable all process participants to work more closely together. This leads to faster processes, higher quality, and a shared information base that benefits everyone.
I am proud of the first steps we have already taken together. With the completion of the tender process and the decision to switch to the new software supplier Gomocha, we have put the entire system on a new, future-proof footing. Now it's time to roll up our sleeves and put the plans into action!
