For nearly 30 years, I have worked at REMA TIP TOP, most recently in the Process Engineering department within the Global Production Management. My main focus is adapting and standardizing production processes at international sites. I also support other departments in solving technical challenges, such as handling complaints or optimizing processes.
Over the years, I have built extensive expertise in molded parts and EP roll production. I am specialized in designing workflows that prevent common errors such as air inclusions or flow defects. This allows us to lower costs while ensuring consistent quality.
What excites me most about my work is the variety - the combination of office responsibilities and hands-on production. The exchange with different cultures and technologies worldwide makes my role dynamic. The close knowledge-sharing with colleagues in France, South Africa, China, and Poland is a real asset.
Through my work, I contribute to making production processes more efficient and sustainable, while providing customers with reliable solutions.
I am particularly proud of the implementation of the first molded parts, and the launch of the first vulcanization press in Tianjin, China. Contributing to the development of processes for pressure pads and completing my advanced degree in Elastomer Technology in 2023 are also important milestones in my career.
