“Innovation means taking responsibility for the future.”
I have been part of REMA TIP TOP since 2006 and am now Head of Product Development and Application Engineering in the REMA Motion division. In this position, I work with my team to develop new solutions and continuously improve existing products. The focus is on tire repair, an area where we not only achieve technical progress but also drive sustainability forward.
My strength lies in driving forward innovations that create real added value. This results in products that enable our customers to carry out repairs more efficiently while conserving resources. Every step of improvement, whether large or small, brings us measurably further forward.
I find it exciting that we solve a specific problem with every development. New products emerge where ideas open new paths, the market signals demand, or our customers face challenges. In this way, we actively contribute to reducing the number of tires that need to be disposed of and significantly extending their service life through repairs.
A particular milestone was the development of solvent-free plasters (M-RCF). With this, we have created a product that not only impresses from a technical standpoint but also sets ecological standards. This is the path we will continue to pursue consistently.
