"Custom solutions are my specialty."
I hold a Master of Engineering degree and have been with REMA TIP TOP since March 2019. As the Department Head of Mechanical Engineering, my primary responsibilities revolve around engineering conveyor systems and managing all aspects of mechanical engineering projects. My tasks range from project management – overseeing everything from the initial measurements to commissioning – to designing conveyor systems, creating 3D models of conveyors and components, and developing custom machinery. Even this brief list highlights how varied and dynamic my role is.
Each project comes with its own set of challenges, and that's something I truly enjoy. What I love most are our custom solutions – ideas we come up with in a short time that end up working seamlessly. It's also incredibly rewarding to know that many of our conveyors are integral to recycling and sorting facilities. These systems help recycle increasing amounts of waste and scrap, contributing to less environmental pollution over time.
One of the most gratifying moments is seeing a conveyor system smoothly assembled by our technicians, running quietly, and having a customer who is completely satisfied. It's in those moments that I really feel the impact of my work.
