I have been part of REMA TIP TOP since 1993. After working in order processing and taking on my first management roles, I took over as Head of Customs and Export Control in 2017. Today, my focus is on managing customs processes across the entire group and ensuring reliable compliance. This includes securing authorizations, checking legal requirements and providing support to all export delegates and managing directors of our subsidiaries.
What makes my work special is the international field of activity. I lead a team that works with clear process guidelines and at the same time has to respond flexibly to different requirements – with a clear focus on achieving the defined corporate goals together. My many years of experience in personnel management, my business-oriented thinking and my language training, which facilitates communication across national borders, help me in this.
I ensure that the legal requirements in the area of customs and export control are not only met but also implemented in a sustainable manner. In this way, we provide security for those responsible and contribute to the stability of the entire group.
I am proud that our customs department has developed from a purely central function into a group-wide center of excellence. Today, we stand not only for the implementation of regulations, but also for expertise, a sense of responsibility and practical support for all colleagues.
